Denne bibelteksten er ei omsetjing frå 2005 (NT) og 2010 (GT), der heile omsetjinga vert utgjeven i oktober 2011.
Ei fullstendig konkordant omsetjing finst ikkje. Både ordstilling, ordforråd og grammatikk gjer det umogleg å omsetje ”ord for ord” frå grunnspråka. Derfor vil alle bibelomsetjingar være idiomatiske i større eller mindre grad. Det er likevel rett å seie at Bibelselskapet si omsetjing frå 1978/85 er idiomatisk i større grad enn dei andre norske omsetjingane.
